Ambienti spaziosi e buona posizione, in 8 min a piedi si arriva al quartiere Baixa e alla cattedrale

Odore stantio appena si entra e nel salottino adiacente

La céntrica ubicación y bastante tranquilo a pesar de ser una zona de marcha nocturna.

Lo único que podríamos poner como pega, son las empinadas escaleras para entrar al hotel y llegar a la habitación. Hacen falta unas buenas piernas.

Very central location and the staff is very nice. Beds are comfortable and room is fairly spacious. Good water pressure in the shower

Replace paper thin toilet rolls with better ones. Offer pods for coffee (even at a small charge ). Microwave oven needs a cover to prevent splattering. Label recycle bins

Location was fantastic, staff were really lovely and helpful, loved the room spacious and spotless. We had a lovely stay

The only downside is there are a lot of stairs.

The bedroom had this unbearable smell of mold and humidity. It really smelled like the changing room of a gym, it was disgusting. I understand there can be humidity in a city like Porto but, you need to do something for this, you cannot allow people to sleep in such an unhealthy environment. The room was so humid that bed sheets were wet. The bathroom was also very dirty, I found hair attached everywher in the wall. Same terrible stink also in my friend’s room. The only nice thing is the position, very central, but there are much better places for this price. Just avoid.

Modern and clean, walking distance to many restaurants and bars and many of the main n attractions. Highly recommend.
