Staffs are horrible and not cooperative. They keep adding terms and conditions for everything. The wifi connectivity was very poor. There are not any rooms. Bifurcated only with curtains and no privacy. The inmates staying in adjacent chambers and staff just push the screen and pop in anytime. I dont understand what is the need for them to check on others all the time. Staff switches off light even when we are working. Asks us to manage with dim light switched on! No hot water facility available.

Right from staff behaviour to the facilities available nothing are satisfactory.

Check out at 9am is wild. I asked if I could stay a little more after that in the common areas since my flight was only at 11pm but was just told 'No'. I also asked for a towel and even offered to pay since I didnt wanna get mine wet before the flight. No again of course. They let you fill out 3 papers of information upon your arrival because they are too lazy to do it themselves. Old weird receptionist just barged into my sleeping space early morning to turn off the fan, no knock no nothing, wtf. Price was good but not worth it. Stay away!
