Amazing stay - the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, particularly Sanjana who very kindly let us stay in her apartment when we arrived from the nightbus in the middle of the night! The views were lovely and the rooms very clean and comfortable - we loved the balcony rooms particularly. We also loved the location - just a short stroll into Naddi village or half an hour walk / short taxi into McLeod Ganj which meant you experienced the peaceful nature but weren’t too far when you wanted to pop into town. I would highly recommend staying here!

Shower pressure was very weak Some more rugs in the rooms in the winter are needed, the floor is VERY cold!

Sonu at the desk was the only person who was helpful. Other than that the facility and the manager/owners were highly disappointing.

The facility was poorly managed, at least the two bedroom villa that we booked was not clean or comfortable. There was no soap or shampoo in the dispenser, no hot water, stained Lenin’s, hard bed and on top of that they charge extra fee for each heater you request on the cold weather. Also no internet connection. Because of poor facility we decided to check out early, requested owner to jot charge for two nights or At least give partial break. The request was rejected. When we did agree to pay for 2 nights anyway, their credit card machine did not work. The staff continued to make attempts but it would not process because of their internet connection. Please note prior to check in we had confirmed if we can pay via credit card, and we were told we can pay with additional transaction fee which we were fine with. After over hour of failed attempt, manager ‘Shubh’ was called to solve the issue , instead she started asking us to go to the city and get cash. We offered to pay with cash we had amongst ourselves that covered little over 1 night cost plus all the food and heater cost we incurred. Lady continued to argue with us why we cannot pay cash. She stared questioning how are we traveling in India without cash . Anyway we left the hotel paying whatever cash we had as that was our only option.

Quiet location in Naddi, nice communal area / restaurant, big blankets and hot water bottles provided in rooms.

Beds extremely hard and some of bedrooms very cold with no way of heating provided. Very weak, luke-warm shower. No card machine available as it was at the property owner’s other property. Not very friendly attitude by staff.

Abhishek and Sonu Thakur are very good hosts and take full care of every need of the guests. Rohit and Shiva also give very good service. Overall, it was a very pleasant and homely experience.
