Very near to Mahalakshmi temple

Hello, I had booked a budget room with an attached toilet and bathroom through your platform. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the booked room is not available and I am being asked to pay an additional 200 for the same facility. This is not acceptable, as I expect to receive the room as per my confirmed booking without any extra charges.
