The manager was AMAZING. She tries to help in every way possible. Definitely recommended.

They were very kind and gracious despite my very limited Spanish, and took the time to communicate with me via a translation app to ensure I had the most comfortable stay possible. The food offered when I arrived in the evening (small additional fee) was wonderful, too.

Hostel is a 5 min walk away from the bus station. The room had netflix

The room was a bit basic and dark

The property was basic but comfortable! I also loved that it included Netflix! It was the hospitality of the owner that really made the experience special for me. I asked where the nearest ATM was and she had one of her family members walk me there. She also went out to buy ingredients to make me a sandwich since I had a bus early the next day! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The room was a good size and the staff were really nice

Other people have said this in reviews and I can’t stress it enough, the noise from the road is so loud. The bedroom doors are thin, and there is only a metal gate to the outside so all the noise comes in. It was really difficult to sleep, which was frustrating as I had to leave early in the morning to get to the airport.

Good location, comfy beds, hot water and very kind and helpful hostess.

The room's door is close to exit and there is no exterior door. You can hear the traffic a lot. Better be exhausted to sleep well. Placing exterior door might help with the noise and the room getting so cold in the morning.
