Incredible location just outside of old town. The view out my window of the town walls was so gorgeous. Staff was kind and helpful. Kitchen area was small so wouldn’t expect to use it too much especially if others are using it, but great spot!

Superb location - just 2 minutes walk to old town. Two bakeries and a supermarket nearby. The kitchenette is ok, no problem to fix yourself a coffee; pans, pots and all provided. The stove though seems semi-broken. Nice outdoor seating area. –– Overall, for the absurdly expensive Kotor market and the location: 33 EUR for a single seemed a very reasonable deal indeed.

The taxi mafia at TIV airport is extreme. An excellent guesthouse would include that fact (and above all: countering strategies) in their pre-arrival communication. / I have no idea which neighbour made that noise my second night. The place has - of course - not 4* sound proofing. But that it is when you travel at reasonable price points.

Location. It was very close to the UNESCO site. Host Matija was very friendly and helpful. I also liked the relaxing area outside.

Все супер! Чистые, аккуратные апартаменты, в двух минутах пешком от старого города. Одна кухня и санузел на три комнаты. Приятный хозяин, приветливый персонал, огромная шелковица растет во дворе 😍
