"The excellent hotel near airport."

The distance from the airport. And the Manager Mr. Roy's behaviour. He is always smiling and always there to help you. All the staffs were really very nice and helpful.

"Behavioral improvement required."

Food was good. Rooms were clean. Housekeeping staff was courteous.

Manager's behavior was unsatisfactory. Blankets were not provided at all Basic linen was denied to be changed on daily basis which indicated a risk to hygiene, however on strict confrontation, those were changed.

"A Pleasant Stay"

Stay was very heart warming. Especially the manager was very helpful in every aspect.Also the food was home-like which in my opinion is the best option during Travel.
