Location is good. Good host. Coffee machine and stuff to eat to get you going in the morning, bottle of wine ( but no wine glasses).

Door to the group of rooms on the first floor needs attention. Very tricky to open. Not big issue. Sadly there are other rooms in the same complex and some of the occupants were noisy. When people started using bathrooms in the morning it was noisy. Not much to be done because it’s an old building.
