Guesthouse Raku

座敷があり、寝室と分かれていて過ごしやすかったです！バスルームとトイレも別々で部屋に洗濯機もキッチンもあり、自宅にいるかのようにのんびり過ごすことができました。立地もよく、次回もまた利用させていただきたいと思います。

トイレが汚れていたことと、寝室のカーテンに埃がたくさんついていたのが残念でした。

Len was available to check us in at our 12midnight arrival. The two separate rooms made it very comfortable for two couples. One room was able to adjust the temperature to be comfortable. Washing machine worked well. The large kitchen and sitting area was appreciated. Location was great and close to the Imperial Palace grounds.

The central room and second room temperatures were on one control. That temperature did not stay consistent. It was either too hot or too cold. In the second bedroom, the air vent shield was missing so it would constantly be blowing hot or cold onto the bed if we kept the fan on. There is plenty of open space in the kitchen for a higher western dining table with western dining room chairs. The Americans would have been able to use it. They did not sit on the floor.

Property was spacious enough for our needs

Location is convenient. Staff is friendly and always responds timely.
