It's a first-floor house with three bedrooms, nice balconies overlooking the city, a large bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with free coffee&sweets. Each room has a good TV, good air conditioning, and the furnishings are simple and modern. Supermarkets are a 5-minute walk away. In conclusion, excellent value for money.

"very close to downtown and spacious"

everything was available in the kitchen, we made ourselves a nice dinner. we rented 2 rooms, the 2 and the 3 and they were very spacious and confortable and each had a TV. Shared bathroom which was HUGE, and a nice big balcony in the back. Parking is available on the street. Very very close to the downtown area and 2 min away from Aldi or Pingo Doce (grocery store). Highly recommend
