D&D Veyra suites

The place is just like the picture. The owners are the most amazing people we met in Croatia and we will always remember this experience. The bedroom has a lot of space, bed was comfy, bathroom clean and amazing view. They cleaned the room daily. The breakfeast was an experience, they serve an appetizer like fruits and bread (made by the wife) and then the main course and dessert, plus they offered us coffe, juice, and water. Please note that every day was a different menu (all of them delicious) The owner is super friendly and he even picked us up / dropped us up in the terminal without us asking, you can tell they enjoy your visit and make sure you have an amazing time as well Location is like 5 min walking from the main streets, really quiet and nice but you do have to walk to get to the property I will totally book this place again, 1000% recommended

Internet connection was not good and if you don’t rent a bike you would have to take a couple of steps to get to the property

Damir was an amazing host, taking care of everything and making a lovely breakfast each morning. The villa is perfectly located about 2 minutes by car from the town or 15 minute walk if you’ve had a few too many! Amazing stay.

Only thing that was a bit of a surprise was the driveway coming in with our car. Very steep and hard to get up the driveway, but once we got the hang of it, it was fine!

Beautiful modern property, wonderful views, friendly hosts, wonderful home cooked breakfast, nice swimming pool, a few minutes walk to centre of Vis. The highlight of our holiday :)

WiFi was temperamental in our rooms and often didn't work.

Breakfast was very nice, served on the roof terrace. Always some homemade dish plus cake, always delicious. Damir’s wife is an excellent cook. Damir was very friendly and helpful. He picked us up from the port when we arrived and was ready to take us back with our cases on the last day, without us asking. Room size was good with lots of storage space. Very clean. There were tea and coffee-making facilities just outside the room, along with cookies! There was a little terrace where you could hang up your wet towels etc. The pool is a nice size for a dip and there are a good number of comfortable sun beds but no parasols. The view is amazing - you can see the whole town and beautiful port from your breakfast table.

Nothing - everything was great for us. Be aware that there are over 200 steep steps on the walk up and down to the port.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable, delicious breakfast, close to the village centre. The owners are attentive and caring: when I came almost at midnight, the owner picked me up from the ferry port; also, when I left the property early morning, they prepared breakfast to go.

I loved almost everything about this place - dream view from the room and property. The couple hosting are very nice and pleasant. I hope I would get back there one day.

I don't think there was anything that I didn't like. I can only say that I would not recommend it for people that have issues in taking a lot of stairs if you plan to to walk up there. I believe it is the property at the highest elevation on that side of the hill. Plan accordingly if you have physical constraints in taking stairs.

The view from the room was amazing. Host was very welcoming and collected us from the ferry. Perfect stay.
