The location was very convenient. Close to the old town, but had more of a residential feel. Easy to access on foot, and close to the town’s bus station and car parking. The shared kitchen area and roof terrace were lovely. Rita was pleasant in her engagement with us.

The accommodation wasn’t as nice as photographed, and in general it lacked the facilities & touches that we expected such a highly rated place to have. The towels smelled musty, even when replaced with a fresh set, and there was visible damp in the corners of the sleeping area. We were provided with one spare toilet roll, and told to contact the host if we needed more, which is a strange thing to have to do. The shower curtain, towels and the sofa were heavily used, and in need of freshening up. The room was also little noisy at times, with fairly thin walls and doors.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time. Location central that work really well. Facilities exceeded expectations
