Basic accommodation near the train station.

Felt like property was misrepresented - this is hostel accommodation with a shared kitchen which is more suited to younger people but not what we were expecting.

Staff poor communication. Problem with lock on bathroom, weren’t very receptive to my requests for door to be opened. I sent a number of messages and short video to prove there was a problem with bathroom door lock. We couldn’t get into the bathroom attached to our room,
