Perfect location, a short walking distance to everything but out of town to be quiet. Great views and spacious room. Also parking was available which is rare in Bath

The bath towels were very small

We were welcomed by Arthur who was very gracious and provide us with information about Bath, places to see and were to eat. The accommodation was clean and the bed was comfortable. Having parking was also excellent as it is difficult to find parking in Bath.
