"Perfect location and friendly welcome"

Very easy to find, with private off road parking. A lovely, informative welcome from the owner, asking about our trip and his recommendations. Our room was huge with plenty of wardrobe space, tea making facilities and fridge. And a view of the Abbey. Location is great - a short walk to the city centre. Bed was very comfortable.

"If you want accommodation close to Bath with a car park this place will suit."

Location in Bath was excellent. Having a car park was great. Bed comfortable.

Small scratchy bath towels. Shower door didn't close properly so water went all over the floor. General maintenance needed in a few areas.

Beautiful older house, very comfy bed & quiet room. It’s walking distance to the center of Bath. Clean & a lovely lady checked us in. She gave us some great tips about Bath.

Good location to walk into the city. Free parking!

Very close to rugby ground which may cause noise. Also close to busy roundabout.
