Conforto da acomodação e localização

O fato de precisar fazer um telefonema na hora que eu chegasse na porta do prédio. Isso dificultou bastante a nossa entrada . Pois o telefone não pegava e demoraram muito a responder através do WhatsApp. Isso precisa ser revisto .

Good communication from the hosts. Comfortable and modern rooms. We really liked the communal area and found the shared items provided there very useful (wine glasses, phone chargers etc).

Couldn't turn on the TV in one of the rooms (remote control batteries could need changing).

Very clean and bathroom lovely.

I purchased a lake view room and there wasn’t a view with water. I was cold at night as there was only a sheet and a flimsy cover on the bed. The room was incredibly noisy from traffic and people until the early hours.
