"Great staying"

I booked the superior room, I booked for more than 2 weeks. The owner sumethra was a really great woman, I enjoyed staying there. If I come to Ella I will definitely stay here again .

Room was not clean actually. And tables are very weak damaged. Staff are not friendly. But comfortable is good. Need attention to Room. No parking facilities for vehicles.

Comfy room and accommodation in a good location. Breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Also we loved meeting the dalmatian dog!

Everything, this hotel is truly my worst nightmare, the room was infested with mold, EVERYWHERE, in the room, bathroom and even the toilet itself, I stayed one night and felt horribly sick, had to checkout early and ofcourse had to pay for all 4 days, which i expected, if they were shamless enough to let people stay in a mold infested hazardous room ofcourse they wont have the decency to refund for the days I didn't stay. Oh and even better the owner came to harass me after I reported her to customer service and tried to be racist with me. Literally nightmarish place, I would report to the police if I could.

Het was een prima locatie, rustige plek 10-15 lopen naar het drukkere gedeelte van Ella. Ook was het personeel erg aardig.

De douche was helaas alle vier de dagen koud. Ook de wifi werkte alle vier de dagen niet…
