There was a bed

The toilet seat was broken, there was only one towel for a double room for two guests, the bed had crumbs and hairs. The kitchen had no plates, no cutlery, no glasses.

Room was not well clean..toilet was messy even toilet seat is broken

No lock on bathroom door Big cap under the door could fit my hand under it Shower very dirty

Only realised there was no parking when I got to the place and I couldn’t get even a water glass in the kitchen to drink water

Nothing. It was not fit for purpose.

The accommodation was a disgrace. I requested a ground floor due to being disabled, they put me upstairs where I struggled to get up and down. At the property were steps up to the building, then you collect your key from a wall mounted key safe with a code. The man I called to help me enter was condescending. The room overall was dirty, sheets had burn holes and drawn on, shower thick with grime, filthy with disgusting hair etc, tables burnt etc. The headboard and foot of the bed ripped. Hole in the wall with wires hanging out. The blinds had rings missing. The fire was broken. The Kettle and Microwave looked like they were from a building site. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless It was gutted as it needs a complete overhaul. I would like to add, that they had the decency to Refund me, thank you.
