The room was very new and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Despite staying in a quieter room the prayer calls from the nearby mosque were still painfully loud. Although my room seemed new, there were some flaws, like the windows having a massive gap in which sand could enter during the sand storm as well as bad small from smoke. Also it didn't keep the noise out. The staff was trying to be nice, but it felt very insincere and breakfast was served slowly and sometimes incomplete (without bread).

On est malheureusement restés qu’une nuit mais c’était un super logement, le personnel est adorable, super accueil et c’est propre et mignon (avec piscine). La prochaine fois on restera plus longtemps.

Really nice place. The furnitures are a bit old but whoever cleaned it took good care of it. This is the cleanest hotel I've been in in Egypt, this is a bit sarcastic because it's also the cheapest. Other hotels with newer furniture and renovation are all a lot dirtier.

Could be nice to have a small sign on the road, or send some pictures as instructions to find the hotel.

The clean large bedroom with accompanying secluded pool side seating area. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The green nature of the area enhances the courtyard. Quiet compound. Relaxed atmosphere and poolside retreat. Close, 3 minute walk, to the Nile for ferry and restaurants. The clean bathroom. The pride in which the staff take in their hotel. Better value for money than others I have used. Would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely use again. Has the facility for lunch and evening meal if required.

The WiFi is intermittent at times but that seems to be all over Luxor. Although some people may get put off about a shared bathroom there was absolutely no issues. It was akin to living in a house with an adjoining bathroom. Also there is two large bathrooms for three bedrooms and I have not had to wait once. To be fair it is better than a usual small ensuite. Could have a kettle and a TV in the room but that is a matter of opinion. There is a loud mosque nearby but as the hotel is in an Arabic country what else would you expect.

they only suggestion would be to install some kind of closet or something or hanging up clothes. there was a neighbor with a loud motorcycle that was irritating but of course the staff has no control over that.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad! Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze deden er alles aan om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken. De kamers waren erg schoon en de locatie op de Westbank is perfect: lekker rustig, maar toch overal dichtbij. Absoluut een aanrader!
