Mojiko Guesthouse PORTO

A very classy guesthouse with impeccable design. One of the most stylish places that I have ever stayed at.

The showers and toilets are the weak point but there is not much you can do about it in an old house. A tall person cannot sit in the toilet comfortably.

We loved our stay! The staff were super friendly. There was a shared kitchen which was great, all facilities were clean, and the location was perfect.

The bed was quite springy, and the lights were quite bright in our room (from the bathroom and hallway) but other than that no complaints.

Retro old Japanese house style, and really enjoyed stay in the room.

My room was the glass door so that during the night, the hallway lights was bright that I couldn’t sleep long. I should’ve brought eye mask!

A very nice house in the small but beautiful city of Moji. There are many places to chill in the house, including a book corner. The staff is friendly and offers you a free drink once you arrive.

Finding the house can be a bit difficult without Google. The toilet is very tiny, and at least my room had transparent (but not see-through) walls toward the floor, which can make floor light a problem.

This guest house was an absolutely hidden gem. It has everything iconic in this place, the historical house, the stylish design with amazing details, very clean and comfortable. Self-service coffee was a highlight, there was everything from beans to grinders to hand drip filters around for you to have fun making coffee, and a big shared kitchen, even with a washing machine (for free). The co working space on the 2nd floor was super nice too.

The room was very dark even with the light, there was no desk lamp or bed lamp so if you want to read in the room it'd be really inconvenient. There's no light in the toilet on the 2nd floor, which was very confusing. The room and shared space themselves was clean enough but there was still a layer of dust on the furnitures so be careful when you put things on them.
