Tutto: l'accoglienza per il check in abbiamo aspettato due ore, perché l'addetto non voleva scomodarsi anche se le stanze erano pronte. Bagni sporchi. Attrezzatura per l'igiene non molto fornita. La cosa più raccapricciante è che abbiamo lasciato l'alloggio come da accordo chiavi in appartamento per rimanere bloccati nel portone del condominio perché guasto, chiamando i vigili del fuoco perche il proprietario dell'appartamento mi ha buttato giù il cellulare.

La habitación estaba bien arreglada y limpia. Si bien la entrada al edificio resulta un poco desagradable, el apartamento en sí estuvo bien.

Servicio de guardaequipajes, muy deficiente. Solicité con antelación guardar el equipaje tras el check-out. Sin embargo, a última hora me informaron de que no podían hacerlo, obligándonos a perder tiempo buscando una alternativa en Pisa. Falta de organización y un servicio muy decepcionante.

The guest house is in a very convenient location — just one minute from the train station (that was important for me). They offered me a different room — with a private bathroom instead of a shared one. Thank you very much!

This situation is both a plus and a minus: when I arrived, the host met me at the door and said there was a mix-up, and my room would be in another house just across the street. I was traveling alone in the evening, and at first, I got scared because no one told me about this in the chat. But everything turned out fine. The room was okay but not cozy. The light was dim and cold, the smell wasn’t nice, and there were automatic air fresheners everywhere. Ugh, why are they needed in every corner? The smell was like in a public toilet! I had to hide them. When you open the window to air out, it becomes very noisy. The area is not very nice. It feels a bit like Turkey — lots of kebab places and small market-style shops. But luckily, the train station is close, so it’s easy to leave quickly. There was no duvet cover — the blanket was wrapped in a sheet, which isn’t hygienic, since the sheet moves and the blanket touches you.

It was super loud, drilling at 8 am in the morning The room was not dark, the light sort of stayed on the entire night and couldnt be turned off

la ubicacion excelente..frente a la estacion central y a los buses que te trasladan al aeropuerto..la higiene y limpieza de las habitaciones..

el ascensor es muy pequeño y a veces quedaba trabado en algun piso..no me molesta usar las escaleras pero si hay gente que tiene la movilidad reducida..es un tema
