La posizione è perfetta, a 6 minuti dall'aeroporto comoda se si prende un volo notturno.

La stanza non era pulitissima.

Literally everything else. The bathroom had mould in it (I didn’t even use the shower due to the state of it), the room was so damp and aircon did not work, the fridge was broken and made noises the entire night so we could not sleep, the bed was so uncomfortable and only came with 2 pillows and we heard the neighbors up and down the entire night so definitely not sound proofed. It was an absolute last resort for us as our flight was delayed and the Pisa airport isn’t open 24/7.

Where do I begin ? No key or lock on external door,so felt extremely unsafe during our stay so couldn't sleep. Room was dirty,there was even a muddy boot print on the ceiling ( I kid you not). Bed linen was clean but damp,we were shivering in the bed. Used the heat from the air-conditioning as directed and the condensation on the window was unreal. I have felt more comfortable camping in a tent. Shower unusable due to the amount of mould growing on the curtain,I was not going to touch it. Zero flexibility with any of our requests which most accommodations would accommodate. Check in at 5.30pm,unheard of in all my thirty odd years of travelling. I get it's a bed for the night but it was unacceptable. It was substandard and we left early with aching bodies and head colds. My reviews have always been positive and fair and I wish I paid attention to previous reviews about this place instead of being drawn in by the location. Please learn from my mistake.
