O atendimento personalizado do recepcionista ultra simpatico, nos contando historias e vivencias, dando dicas e nos fazendo dar boas risadas logo no primeiro impacto e impressão do hostal.

Um pouco mais de tecnologia no atendimento, mesmo tendo sido um atendimento personalizado, acredito que precisa de um pouco mais de agilidade para liberar as chaves e finalizar o checkin e o pagamento que tivemos que fazer em especie e sacar o dinheiro no ATM que fica ao lado.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos, tiene una buena relación ubicación - precio y Manolo es encantador, éramos 2 personas y cogimos una habitación triple porque era la única que quedaba y el día de antes nos llamó para decirnos que se había quedado una doble libre por si la queríamos con su consecuente bajada de precio, un detalle que habla por si solo.
