Una bella camera grande spaziosa con un nuovissimo bagno ristrutturato ....

La facilité pour arriver et se garer. La gentillesse de la personne qui parle très bien français pour nous à accueillis. La cuisine partagée avec, à notre grande surprise, tout ce qu'il faut pour un excellent petit déjeuner.

Rien. Tout était parfait.

The place is a straight shot from the train station on Via IV Novembre, about 400 meters or so. Check in was easy with the manager meeting us earlier than originally requested (our train got in before 13:30). With kind efficiency and use of Google translate, we were shown our room and operation of features and shared kitchen with breakfast foods, coffee capsules, tea and much more. The room was spacious with a convenient desk. The newly renovated en suite bath had the largest shower I've encountered in Italy so far. 😁 This is one of three rooms sharing a large eat in kitchen situation in an older apartment building. It seems secure as there are 2 doors (door into building and door into the apartments) in addition to the locked door of one's room. Room #3 has access to a balcony that offered a place to sit for your morning coffee. It's next to a parking lot. The most notable feature of this room was the abundance and variety of bath products (shaving cream, intimate wash, flushable wipes) and kitchen condiments (sugar, creamer, bottled water with carbonation, along with salt, pepper and olive oil). The breakfast items and tea selection was good as well.

The mattress was soft for my taste.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. It's also 1mn walk away from a supermarket and 10-15mn walk away from the city centre, and with free parking in the street. The owner was easy to reach/organise our arrival with, she very nice and helpful!

From our room, we could hear a lot of noise (snoring, showering, people spending time in the kitchen and leaving the accommodation early) so I would not recommend it to people with a light sleep

everything was organized for our maximum comfort , despite we had very early get up and late checkout
