Ega Homestay

Super comfortable beds and large spacious rooms with air con. Everything was sparkling clean. Ega and her family are so nice and helped us organise taxis and snorkelling trips. The breakfast at ega homestay is also wonderful! It’s only a 1 min walk to some nice restaurants and a 5min scooter or taxi to the bigger town where the ferries arrive and where there is many restaurants. Great location if you want to travel around the island to the different beaches.

the women working there were very kind and showed great hospitality. the breakfast was okay, for us it was not enough but its possible to choose sth else for +20.000 which is nice.

The location is not very good. no supermarket nearby. you need a scooter to get anywhere... but i guess that is the case anywhere on the island. its close to a main road so its quit loud also during the night. no hot water in the shower. Our biggest negative aspect was the man working there who didnt make as feel welcome there. he was very grumpy and charged us way to much bringing us to the harbour... a bit sad because the women are so nice

The owners were very nice and attentive. The rooms are very well sized, bigger than most of the rooms we've been before in this area. And very clean. With very comfy King Size double bed. The hostel is on the main road 5' to center by bike and already at the road direction to the rest of the island attractions (16' Crystal Bay, 40' Kelinking Beach).

Be aware there is no hot water, although it is room temperature (not cold).

Such helpful and lovely staff. Good breakfast with several options. You can easily hire a skooter there for a good price. The bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

No hot water in the shower but this is very common in other accommodation in Bali/Lombok also.

- Nusa penida was not that nice but this isn’t their fault. The area was definitely more rural than Bali and roads were awful

Te host was really nice and gives the possibility to do some tours around the island visiting the most iconic and beautiful places of nusa penida

Rooms were very spacious, outdoor patio perfect for relax after exploring the Island. The breakfast which was included in the price was simply amazing. Chocolate pancakes were the best I tried in Indonesia! The owners, especially the ladies were so kind and warm and made our stay extra special. They made us feel like home. If you’re thinking about booking this place, don’t think no more and book it, especially If you drive a scooter since the town is just 3min away. 10/10!!
