Great location, spacious room, and very attentive and friendly host

The setting is quiet and serene. A nice place to get your sights in with a good calm rhythm. Close walking to most museums, parks and shopping. A delight of Japanese and Hungarian touches throughout, including a good collection of Japanese Manga, classics and Hungarian artists. The rooms were spacious, unisex rooms, beds super comfy especially the duvet. Outlets throughout for convenience. Nice light from windows. Quiet, and other guests were friendly. Useful bathing toiletries for guests. Guest controlled heating and cooling with wall unit. Owner is very kind and caring, making sure you have everything you need though not on site except for check in/out. Kitchen has hob, refrigerators, mini oven and kettle. I didn't experience any trouble sharing bathroom or kitchen space. One WC has bath and shower combo, another standing shower, both unisex. Tradition of removing shoes upon entry, use of slippers if needed. Great residential area, be mindful of the other residents who live here.

Though kitchen has good amenities the sitting area is only for two, so may become crowded. The space can feel cold if doors are not closed between rooms. The common areas such as the kitchen and bathrooms can be left untidy, but that is do to guests not staff maintenance.

Esti koncert miatt érkeztem. A kiváló lokáció miatt este 23:00-kor is könnyen és gyorsan visszajutottam. Az éjszaka pedig teljes csendben telt: a zajos Budapest szinte felismerhetetlen volt. Régóta nem aludtam ilyen jól. :D A szállás felszereltsége teljesen modern és a házigazda, Nahoko rendkívül kedves, rugalmas és segítőkész. Csak ajánlani tudom!

The staff, the room, the bathroom.

One of the bathroom wasn’t clean.

清掃が行き届いていて清潔感がある。バスルームが2ヶ所ある(トイレ、シャワーとトイレ、バスタブ)それぞれにドライヤーも完備され、1つのバスルームには洗濯機もある。男女共有ルームは広い部屋に2段ベッドが3台でプライバシーが保たれる距離感が良い。物干しもあり、キッチンも備品が綺麗に整っていて料理もできる。メトロの駅も近く、観光、買い物に最適でした。オーナーさんがとても気さくでとても丁寧、質問すると最善情報を提供してくれます。

特筆することはない

The host was super nice and helpful.

When a guest rents a single room, they expect it to be soundproofed from the others. This is especially true when the place has a 9.5/10 rating. The doors were very thin wood and I could hear everything in the neighboring rooms. Every conversation, every phone video, and the piano. I wish I could give a higher rating, but I think 9.5/10 is way too high given the issue with sound in the room.
