Wonderful, clean, and spacious room at exceptional location to visit Fondi! The hosts are very helpful and kindly brought us 2 wine glasses when we requested. There is a small fridge in the room and 2 bottles of water waited for us. The bed is comfortable, and the bedding and towels were very pleasant to touch. The breakfast in the nearby Caffè included coffee of our choice and a pastry. It was good and we appreciated it. The free parking is near the building and was very helpful.

Everything was great, although a cattle and a coffee machine with supplemented tea bags and coffee capsules would make the stay just perfect. Their absence were a bit disappointing. Pay attention to the fact that there is no elevator in the building and the stairs are steep.
