Location turned out to be an exceptional setting.

It was challenging to find the place but the owner helped with directions.

The location is fantastic.. I mean, really fantastic. You have to be prepared to climb some stairs, but you will have a lovely view, and the bed slept really well!

You may want to bring earplugs for the loud sex of the neighbours. Watch out for bringing heavy luggage.. Those stairs are not for the faint-hearted! I feel that the check in procedure could have been more streamlined and faster. e.g. asking for an ID photo before giving access to the keybox, This stuff can easily be prepared ahead of time, as soon as the room is paid and in the welcome mail (I have seen many examples where this execution was done better here on booking.com), one can write about the preferred mode of communication (whatsapp), so there is no waiting upon arrival.

Location suited us for coach transfer meeting site to depart Split. But tricky to navigate and locate in first instance. Close to markets, supermarket, Riva, restaurants, bars and port (if you arrive by ship/ferry).

3rd floor apartment, staircases, not great for travellers with large suitcases - but difficult to avoid for any accomm within Palace walls. Would have appreciated more obvious disclosure in property description.

Room was lovely, huge and clean. Location was perfeck.

It was little bit hard to find the way in. Also would not recommed to anybody with knee problems etc, because of the very many steps.

It was in a brilliant location

the Room was smaller than I thought, but the location was great and it was tidy, wouldn’t want to stay there longer than a few days.
