Su rapidez a la hora de resolver un malentendido. Al final no fuimos pq nos mandaron Un mensaje que se podía entender como que tenían el hostal lleno. Pero en realidad quería decir, que no tenían disponibilidad de cama doble. Al final nos devolvieron el importe de la estancia. Gracias 🙂

El mensaje daba claro motivo de malentendido al respecto y parecía que en vez de no disponer de cama doble lo que no tenían eran habitaciones.
