"Good"

For the price, it was very good. Ray was very helpful and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and everything in the room was clean. Can't really fault it. If I am being picky there was shampoo, but no shower gel. Right in the centre of Fermoy, plenty of places to eat and I parked on the street right outside.

It was very clean, comfortable and warm. The shower was strong and the bed was soft. Excellent place to stay.

Perfectly situated in the town centre, very friendly host met me at the property and gave me pointers on where to eat etc.

Room could of done with a separate chair to sit but my room was quite small
