Great location in Fermoy, Ray was nice to deal with over the phone and for check in.

Parking at the front is public and is hit or miss on available spots, a mild inconvenience only as there is plenty of spaces a short walk away

Very Clean Comfortable Accommodation. Location is in the centre of Fermoy town. There is a large seperate Kitchen and Sitting room that guests can use. My room was at the back and was very quiet. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

There are stairs to get to your room. This was not an issue for me, but if you have mobility issues or very heavy bags you will struggle.
