Gentilezza, pulizia, funzionalità. La struttura è situata a 250 metri dal mare e ad 1.5 km dal centro. Ottima posizione.

Direi che non ci sono stati inconvenienti, tutto secondo le aspettative.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni e 4 notti a Gaeta Holidays e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura è situata in una posizione comodissima, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, perfetta per chi vuole godersi il mare senza spostarsi troppo. la stanza aveva la terrazza, l’appartamento era semplice ma fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il proprietario Antonello è stato molto gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Nelle vicinanze si trova sia una spiaggia libera che dei stabilimenti balneare a pagamento. Consiglio questa sistemazione a chi cerca un alloggio tranquillo a Gaeta, vicino al mare.

La struttura non mancava di nulla. Nella sala comune il proprietario metteva a disposizione gratis acqua, succhi di frutta, yogurt, caffè e merendine. Inclusa la colazione al caffè dello stabilimento balneare. La stanza non mancava di nulla ( aggiungerei solo un gancio per appendere l' asciugamano), con un bel bancone. A 5 minuti a piedi dal mare. Vicino alla spiaggia. Proprietario e personale molto disponibili e cordiali con ottimi consigli sulla zona. Ottima posizione,vicino al mare,ristoranti e supermercati.

Close to beach. Very helpful and friendly owner and staff. Nice balcony. Good ensuite bathroom. The pastry shop for breakfast has delicious food (20 minute walk away)

Surprised to find we were sharing an apartment and kitchen/facilities with two other couples/families. Not a big problem just unexpected.

Great location, only a few minutes walk from the beach. Our room had a sunlit balcony that was perfect for having breakfast in the morning. The host was helpful and friendly.

Depending on who is sharing the apartment,it can be a bit noisy with all the coming and going. If we wanted to lock the door to our room from the inside, we had to lock ourselves in with the key, which seems like a fire hazard - the lock was a bit tricky at times. The ensuite bathroom door has a large frosted glass window, so not much privacy in the bathroom. The shower drain was clogged.
