La vista al volcán, si bien esta un poco lejos se ve muy lindo de noche

No tiene buen desagüé, en la ducha costaba que se fuera el agua, el desayuno no muy bueno

Muy lindo, la cama muy cómoda, muy amables nos ayudaron empacando el desayuno para poder llevarlo, porque salíamos temprano a subir el volcán, nos guardaron nuestras maletas y de regreso nos cobraron muy barato para poder bañarnos en las duchas públicas y fue una bendición porque salíamos de una vez a Panajachel.

Buena ubicación y muy buen desayuno. Muy amable Estuardo. Ante los inconvenientes que hubo que fueron varios, el hostal busco la manera de compensarlo. Se agradece ese esfuerzo.

Tuvo varias fallas, que aunque se iba de las manos del personal, lamentablemente afecto nuestra experiencia. Fallo la luz y el agua caliente durante las tres noches que estuvimos. Pero se agradece que buscaron compensar la situación.

The positives:  great 360-degree view from the roof terrace with the best views of Fuego. We booked the triple, ensuite room, which was large, clean,  comfy, and had some hand-wash and shower gel.  There is filter water available.  Although there was no room cleaning,  towel, or bin change in 5 days,  the cleaning staff worked hard with the daily turnover   

Sulky and disinterested staff. This hostel could be so much more. However,  the general hostel staff were either temporary volunteers or miserable,  disinterested permanent staff who wouldn't look you in the eye; never mind speaking to you. The whole place is unloved and run down.  The communal area seats are broken or nearly fallen apart .  Don't expect breakfast before 8.15am if you order at 7.30.  We didn't get any breakfast on 3 days out of 5.  There is no kettle for guests; to be able to make pot noodles for meals or coffee is a necessity for people like us backpacking.  It's in a quiet area of town,  but,  its not a peaceful hostel,  and not a great atmosphere. We would not stay here again or recommend to friends.
