Yuni's House

The hotel is super perfect for its value for money. The room is simple but has good functions. It's located right inside the market area so it's very accessible everywhere. Breakfast is simple but nice. There is even a pool that you can use. Overall it's a perfect stay for what you're paying for.

If you're carrying a lot of luggages there is no big street directly outside the guesthouse, but it's no big deal for us as it's only 2 minutes walk. There is also a construction in the house but again it doesn't disturb our stay. It's also better if you pay online. We arrived super late so we were told to pay tomorrow. During breakfast time the next day, we were told to pay up 3x.

We were warmly greeted by the host at our 2am arrival which was much appreciated! They were super helpful and arranged a tour with driver. Breakfast was fresh and good! Perfect location for Ubud

Location is great, would stay again just for this. The price and location make the place great, I am well-travelled with a family and I appreciated the location.

Wish there was a mini bar to store some items in each level or room, the owner did mention you can put it in the kitchen's fridge, but that is downstairs and a hassle to easily get to. To be fair, if we didn't have a child this wouldn't be an issue as you can just walk and eat and drink anything anytime.

Loved it! Unbeatable location. Room was clean and with good bathroom, friendly host, just what we wanted.

Sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück völlig ok. Lage ruhig, aber nahe des Zentrums.

Leider keine Möglichkeit Klamotten zu hängen, oder irgendwie außerhalb des Koffers zu legen. keine Haken, oder Kommoden im Zimmer. Aber es gibt schlimmeres

Very central in ubud, amazing to have a pool to cool down in, out of the sun. Staff very friendly and great to have a breakfast til 11 as we woke up late some days

Room was at floor level so to have privacy we had to close the curtains and only rely on artificial light. Wifi wasn't the best but mostly functional.
