• Location is great with easy access to art market, Ubud palace, sarasvati temple & monkey forest. • Staff was very kind • Owner/ host was very kind and understood why we had to checkout early. We paid for 2 nights although we stayed for 1 & left.

• Room (level 3–9) felt musky, moldy, dusty and lacked sunlight/airflow. • Sheets did not feel fresh. • Bathroom had no window or ventilation • Shower floor with black pebble stones caused water to get stuck and not drain properly. • Overall the room felt congested and uncomfortable, like sleeping in the bathroom. • We left after 1 night despite booking 3.

Room was really nice , but we were eaten alive by mozzis as no screens, mirror in bathroom was a mile away from sink so couldn't be used, toilet was blocked and no fridge or security safe I still loved the room it was a little temple

instal a fridge and pool was cold as does not receive sunlight also put a mirror else where so us girls can put on our face

This is by far the best place we have stayed at in our 3 week bali holiday! the staff is very welcoming and very helpful! they remember your name and what u like and overall just check in with u when they see u! The room was perfect with enough space and a comfortable bed and the bathroom was so pretty and nice! The showerhead is amazing and the water is nice and warm. U also have a little outside area and a rooftop which is amazing also the breakfast they serve is versatile and has many options and is always freshly made by the sweet staff! Compliments to this stay! they helped us plan our perfect activities and its right in the ubud market
