Nuriani Guest House

The house itself was a masterpiece of architecture - well-reserved Balinese traditional house. I admire and treasure each of intricate carving on the walls and dates, even the guesthouse rooms are meticulously crafted. Layers of moss quietly mark the passage of time. Let's visit Nuriani Guesthouse and experience it with sensity - you may find no longer need to spend time in any other old places in Ubud.

Room floor was quite wet. Water shower was weak. Facility and sanitation could be much improve. Anyway, it's still worth of such affordable rate.

Leuke kamer en een goede locatie.

Er was helaas alleen een plafondwaaier en geen airco waardoor het best warm was. Ook de badkamer was niet super schoon en het duurde lang voordat het water opwarmde.

Súper central, el dueño es muy amoroso, la habitación es amplia y tiene ducha con agua caliente. Queda cerca de todo.

Despite a busy road, it's quiet in the room that I was in. I was upgraded to a room with a lounge and fridge as well as an ensuite. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is lovely as it's a traditional family set up. It's close to the Yoga Barn and main street. It is suitable for single female travellers.

I stayed last time 10 years ago and it offered breakfast at that time. With rising costs, breakfast is no longer included but the guest house is still very reasonably priced for the location. The rooms do require some maintenance e.g. peeling plaster and tiles, boarded up window, but the price is more than reasonable for the clean and tidy rooms.
