The best value, beautiful place to stay in fascinating Genoa. A huge thank you to Francesca who greeted us at the property - she is the best! We felt so welcome, and the room was fantastic. We could not have hoped for more. Very much appreciated the personal touch and thoughtful details, from the breakfast setup to the advice on how to get there, and being able to leave our bags safely after checkout. The area around the port is a bit rough but this place is secure and glamorous - we loved it.

We loved the open outlook over the port. The location at the edge of the old town worked really well. You get excellent instructions for managing the seedier aspects of an ancient working port town. There is prepacked breakfast food available for a donation and free water generously supplied on arrival. Space to make hot drinks or eat snacks is always appreciated too. The bed is comfortable. Two luggage holders and loads of space for clothing was very convenient. Modern bright and spacious in a fantastic town.

The lovely bed was slightly spoiled by a poor mattress protector. The kitchen facilities are great but there is no kitchen sink. This put us off drinking the water from a bathroom tap and means the kettle needs filled in your room.

Il posto da evitare brutta esperienza

Accoglienza cordiale e disponibile. La stanza molto bella e spaziosa, anche bagno molto spazioso. Vista sul porticciolo, di fronte il sottomarino, bella sia di giorno che di sera. Infissi ottimi per insonorizzazione e temperatura.

La pulizia é eccezionale.. come la gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria, inoltre la posizione é molto comoda sia alla stazione che al centro.

Nulla. Non ho dato 10 solo per la colazione che era con merendine confezionate, ma comunque era molto ricca .

O quarto é muito bom a cozinha comunitária é ótima e atendente Fransesca é excelente a localização é boa no centro histórico.

A cama é muito mole, o aspecto do prédio externamente é ruim

Die Gastgeberin Francesca verwöhnt mit Aufmerksamkeit (es steht immer ein snack in der Küche (Bananen, süße Teilchen, Schokoriegel), im Kühlschrank (Joghurt, Butter, Milch...)!!!Täglich frische Handtücher, fein geputzte Räumlichkeiten. Brachte uns wie selbstverständlich bei der Abreise zur Tiefgarage. Francesca empfiehlt schriftliche Restaurants, so einen fantastischen Service haben wir noch nie erlebt! Welch ein Glück!
