Melati Bali 2

I loved the old school joglos and the atmosphere at Melati 2 with the lush green pool area. Staff was helpful and the place was clean.

Unfortunately too much building work going on in Canggu and the area is too busy these days.

Location, cozy swimming pool,

Construction next to our cottage, bathroom (they don’t clean sufficiently and sometimes the toilet didn’t work properly).

Great location, close to everything, but nice and quiet. Comfortable bed and nice to have the pool!

Bathroom a little outdated, but not a problem really

The location is excellent. The staff is very helpful.

The toiletries need some renovations, there were some stains and it was not properly cleaned when we arrived.

Noise From building sites all around, But of course the Hotel can‘t do anything about That.

The location is amazing! Clean rooms and lovely staff and incredible gardens. The room is small but it served its purpose.

Excellent location. Accessible to town, restaurants and beach. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Loved waking up to coffee in hot carafe outside my door. Loved pool view from room. Lush vegetation.

Part of walkway to home stay was dark so hard to see just one step

Location. Jogla style looks interesting. Staff is very friendly and they always try to help.

Construction sounds nearby in the morning. Some room lights are broken a long tike ago. All light bulbs are the bare minimum so it’s too dark in the room. Some shower heads are very old and don’t disperse the water properly, so it’s problematic to shower. In some rooms the toilet fills up with water unpredictably so it literally can’t be used until you ask the staff to fix it and they do something about the drainage system. Happened several times in 2 weeks and is very annoying. In a smaller room the staff was surprised that I needed a safe deposit box, although it is listed in the app. They brought some very old box with a physical key I needed to carry around - inconvenience. For every deposit box there should be a printed manual to avoid wasting time asking the staff on how it works. The door locks are inconvenient. The property lacks a good kitchen.
