The location was central and walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was super and the coffee, upstairs in the mornings just amasing!

The location is noisy, but not necessarily the properties fault. While some noise came from the pool area upstairs; the property next door, the road and the construction across the road, which carried on well into the night, made it hard to relax or even have a conversation at times. The main beach and walkway was not the best experience. Rather drive out to one of the secluded beaches for a cleaner, calmer beach experience.

El trato amable del personal. Su ubicación centro de Kuta y al lado de una excelente playa. Desayunos abundantes y muy ricos, pan recién hecho

Escalera de hierro de caracol en habitación 8 y 9, muy incomoda para subir y más con maletas.

Tout. L’emplacement est parfait, les chambres sont grandes et confortable, la télé avec netflix est un énorme + quand on veut se reposer un soir. La douche est superbe , le petit déjeuner est très bon & le personnel est ADORABLE

Olía a humedad la habitación, la piscina no estaba limpia y había ratas en las instalaciones
