Assez bon rapport qualité prix. C'est passable.

Logement qui donne sur la rue et mal isolé : lumière et bruit. Il faut donc prévoir un équipement adéquat. Espace salle de bain assez rudimentaire. Cuisine et pièce commune petites

La cama encomodisima, y la habitación súper ruidosa aunque tuvieras todo cerrado se escucha muchísimo ruido de la calle

Localização

Limpeza péssima da escada de acesso, sem cuidados algum... Isolamento das janelas do quarto não existe, parece que estamos no meio da rua... Parece realmente que aproveitaram a varanda/ marquise para fazer mais um quarto 😟
