"Great location, but a bit scrappy"

The location great, close to the assi ghat. It was possible to find even though it is in an alley because of several signs. The AC worked.

The staff was very friendly, but not very available, why we had to call them a few times to check in. There should have been better toilet/bath facilities including paper/towels. An effort to minimize the number of mosquitos would be great.

value for money, the owners are always in touch, the fan works even if the electricity goes out, the place is quiet, well-groomed roof, view of the sunrise and sunset.

the air conditioning does not work, if you are sensitive to mosquitoes - you will be eaten,
