Availibility of kitchen which is well equiped, so everyone could prepare whatever he want, wine glasses also availible. Premises were clean and all necessary equipment was available.

Lack of proper double glazing/sound proofing in a ground floor flat directly on a cobbled street meant for a very poor nights sleep and I was totally unable to sleep past around 6am even with earplugs. Rickety secondary glazing is not sufficient to prevent totally unacceptable noise levels. The owners reaction to my complaint was to say no one ever had complained about this before and it's not a busy road which was not at all helpful or relevant. It was also clearly not true given the noise of any passing car and my discussion with cleaning staff in the morning. Avoid!

Good location, 7 minutes walk from Porto metro station (Francos), and 7 EUR taxi ride to the city centre. Nice local cuisine restaurant just 200 meters. Big furnished kitchen, the place is in the old building, and very clean and accurate inside, looks recently renewed. Reasonable value for the money and for quiet place stayin thereg, comparing the prices in the city centre

The location was clean and cozy

the soundproofing was a little bit bad, we heard perfectly our "home-mates" speeches and all the other rumors. but for the price and the location this is just a bearable detail

it did feel like home and was very comfortable and clean. if you need to have a good nights sleep and relax it is ideal!

Quite far out of the way and cafes are few and far between. The restaurant nearby is a little expensive but good for a little treat to yourself!

Had a great time at this place. I like the modernities of how you get in and how they manage everything. All the staff from the cleaning ladies to the property managers were awesome and facilitated everything for us. The house is well equipped and there are supermarkets nearby so you can buy your own stuff and cook at home. Even a washing machine was available. It is a good and calm neighborhood, the metro is a 5 min walk away.

The pillows were a bit too small and not so comfortable. Other than that, everything was good.
