L'emplacement, la propreté et la taille de la douche. Bonne communication avec l'hôte.

Décoration de la chambre un peu vieille et pas mal de bruit venant de l'étage jusqu'à tard dans la nuit (bruit de pas comme s'il y avait des meubles que l'on déplaçait, , des bruits de voix).

El personal muy amable, justo coincidió que la persona se acababa de ir y al ver que llegaba de quedó más tiempo para ayudar con el check in. La zona es tranquila y no muy alejada, se puede ir al centro caminando fácilmente.

La cama era demasiado dura y la habitación muy ruidosa, se escuchaban a los demás huéspedes (muy entrada la noche, un huésped llegó y timbró un par de veces, haciendo mucho ruido al entrar y hacer check in. Se hizo muy molesto). La puerta corredera del baño de la habitación no llega a cerrar del todo. Se hace prácticamente imposible encontrar para aparcar sin que sea de pago.
