The whole experience was without human contact (key pins sent online, online check-in,online check-out),very organised, efficient, clean and modern

The location of the property is so convenient. A one minute to the Metro which can take you anywhere in the city. Even the airport. The rooms were adequate and carefully thought out. They were totally spotless and modern in design. The shower was amazing It was quiet and we didn’t see any other guests although all rooms were full.

A kettle and tea coffee making facility in room would be great but there is a shared kitchen downstairs.

Each room has its own fridge in the kitchen with a lock, good location- 2 min from metro station, really good shower. I stayed for 4 nights and there were washing machine capsules left for me to use (washer and dryer on the first floor - no additional charge)

Dishes and cups could have been cleaner. Not possible to keep the window open during night

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It's conveniently located near a metro station, offering excellent connectivity to downtown, which made getting around the city a breeze. The room was beautifully designed with a spacious and modern bathroom that added to the comfort. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities like a washing machine and microwave, making the stay feel even more convenient and home-like. Overall, a great experience with both comfort and practicality!

The hotel had a generally pleasant atmosphere, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The wardrobe doors were quite heavy and made a loud noise when opened or closed, which was a bit disruptive. Additionally, some parts of the property seemed to need a bit more maintenance. With a few updates, it could offer an even better experience.

I liked the cleanness, the decoration, the bed, the shower, the fact that each room has its own fridge and tableware dishes. They do cleaning every Monday so the property and the room always keep clean! Which I appreciate a lot.

I didn’t love the location is you are coming for tourism, it’s a bit far away from the centro and touristic areas but the metro is just in front of the building which is great

The place is a great value for the price. Great location, few minutes walk for almost all metro lines. The self check in is very easy, the communication as well. We had a great stay, found mostly everything we needed. the house was very quite all the time.

The rooms could you an AC, it can get quite hot in there even during the night. The kitchen could be better equipped. The rooms are a bit smaller than I thought and the bed is on the border for 2 :-)
