Very close to the metro which made getting from the airport and into Porto easy.

Completely out of the owners control, but they were digging up the road outside and close to the property which generated some noise and closed some resteraunts. This Will only be a short term issue and shouldn't affect future bookings. Would still stay at the appartment again if needed.

Camera sporca, bagno sporco, L'aria condizionata non funzionava. C'era un caldo assurdo in stanza , se aprivo la finestra dovevo spostare completamente la tenda e mi vedevano tutti fuori. Ho richiesto il servizio navetta per arrivare in aereoporto e mi è stato detto che era disponibile al prezzo di 35 euro , ovviamente ho rifiutato e con 5 euro sono riuscito a prendere un Uber... Davvero sconsigliato

The cooling system in the room turned off and the room became quite hot. We were unable to get the system to come back on. Apart from that the room was perfect.

Not the fault of anyone but a lot of road works currently taking place outside making the access somewhat difficult and dirty.

A localização, perto do metro. A cozinha com armários e frigorífico individualizados por quarto. A área comum e o quarto muito confortáveis

A falta de instrumentos básicos de cozinha (faca de corte e de pão saca-rolhas, espátula para a frigideira, colher de pau, etc.). Não era necessário um conjunto para cada quarto, podia estar numa gaveta comum. Se havia, não encontrámos. No quarto, a porta do guarda fato não abria completamente, impedindo a abertura das gavetas. Pequenos pormenores que podem ser corrigidos para melhorar a qualidade que já é muito boa.

Perfectly working, "escape room style" contactless check-in. Wery clean and comfortable facility. Some people may not, but I really liked the raw concrete, industrial style.

A minimalistic, modern, well organised place to stay. The best concept of co-living we have had so far.

Construction in the area made the place dusty, but it will be a huge upgrade to the area once finished. Parking space is limited.
