Perfect location. Nice and clean room with toilet. The staffs have been helpful, polite and friendly.

No air conditioner

Very centrally located with (paid) parking nearby. Easy walk towards the center and Douro. The host met us quickly after we messaged we had reached.

Location, however it was very noisy in the early morning/late night as people were drinking outside. The room was alright, the size of the room was good. The employee who gave us the keys were helpful and polite.

Lack of cleaning products as there are 4 rooms, and the bathroom is shared but no facilities to clean the toilet after or before yourself, neither the shower or the kitchen table. Could be useful to have more mugs, spoons etc. The flat in general missing a renovation project or updating but as we only stayed for 2 nights and didn't spend much time in the apartment apart from shower, changing and sleeping was good value for us al in all. Connector on one side of the bed didn't work on the other side was fine.

Good location towards one end of busy (mainly pedestrian) shopping & cafe street

Window of the room could not be opened. Door could not be closed without actually locking it. Only one key to share for two persons.

Overall, good, just a bit more attention to cleaning (hair on floor in the bathroom, & not at all sure about the rug). Bedding good. Kitchen, great - in spite of being a shared space.

The location was great, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. It was easy to communicate with the staff, and we were able to use the kitchen and dining room!
