Proximity to where I needed to be in porto during my stay

The host, the bathroom, the lack of "charming room" that was advertised, the lax attention to health and safety. Most of it actually.

easy check in , calm appartement, excellent location, 1mn walking to the metro station, shopping and food streets and 10mn walking to ribeira.

Excellent location! It is right on the main shopping street in Porto, close to shops, cafes, and public transport.

Not recommended. The bathroom had clearly visible mould (as seen in the pictures) and was extremely cold, making it uncomfortable to use. The room itself was dusty and clearly not cleaned properly. The room had an electric radiator, but it was stuck at 19°C, making it quite cold and uncomfortable. The check-in process was a nightmare. The strict 7:30pm check-in policy has left us in a situation where we genuinely thought we would be left on the street. We were only lucky that the host was nice enough that he waited until we called at 8:10 to remotely give us the access code, which normally should not be a problem. The host was not present at the property. The lack of cleanliness and the unnecessary stress completely ruined the stay.

As portas com pouco isolamento acústico e barulhentas a fechar

La habitación es muy amplia, todo estaba limpio y en perfecto orden, el personal que nos hizo el check in fue muy claro, fue muy fácil entrar al apartamento y hacer uso de el.
