"I loved it, friendly staff."

I travelled there for the Transylvania 100 trailrace event. They were aware of the race, and they were prepared. Incredibly friendly staff. They are welcoming, helpful and flexible. I can only recommend.

Wifi signal was a bit weak in the room.

Locatia per ansamblu frumoasa, cu un restaurant cu verdeata, parcare si o curte generoasa in spate. Camera cu balcon este impartita ok, un televizor minuscul, cei care au probleme cu vederea il pot folosi doar pentru sunet, nu are minifrigider, baia aerisita cu geam, dar foarte inghesuita. Balconul este generos dar din pacate chiar pe partea din fata a pensiunii mai exact chiar la drumul principal ceea ce genereaza foarte mult zgomot, nu ne-am putut bucura de aerul curat de munte incat sa dormim cu geamul deschis. Restaurantul este ok, frumos imprejmuit de verdeata, mancarea este buna, pizza chiar excelenta.

Imediat ce am ajuns am avut o situatie usor neplacuta deoarece am calatorit 4 adulti si un copil si proprietarul la vederea copilului a spus ca locatia nu permite accesul lor, vazand ca imi cer banii inapoi si imi caut deja alta locatie a spus ca va face o exceptie si va permite totusi, daca intradevar este aceasta politica ar trebui afisata foarte clar pe site.

The property was nice and about a 15 minute walk from bran castle which was perfect. The hotel had a restaurant area which we stopped at for lunch before checking out, the food was nice and affordable. The main manager was friendly and welcoming. Beds comfortable. Manager also allowed us to check in early and was very kind about me booking for a single person by accident and allowed me to pay a small charge on arrival.

The room wasn’t cleaned in the 3 nights we stayed. Only one roll of toilet roll was provided and it wasn’t replaced. We asked the manager who was friendly and gave us an additional roll. It wasn’t a massive issue for us and I’m sure if we asked the staff they would have replaced towels etc. We didn’t spend much time in the room so this wasn’t a big issue for us.
