Tout était parfait, l’accueil, la disponibilité du personnel, le petit déjeuner excellent, l’emplacement est idéal. Le confort des chambres exceptionnelles avec une literie de qualité. Le personnel est aux petits soins et les équipements et la décoration superbes. La piscine permet de se détendre entre deux visites et de se relaxer en étant en plein cœur du centre historique. Un grand merci pour l’accueil par toute l’équipe.

"Unforgettable experience"

From the moment we stepped through the doors, we felt as if we had been given the choice to experience life as emperors. The lady at reception went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even offering us a private tour of the property, where she explained the fascinating art and decorations that make the Palazzo so unique. The spa was equally impressive – a serene, beautifully designed space where we enjoyed complete privacy and relaxation. As the day came to an end, we moved to the rooftop terrace for sunset, sipping delicious cocktails while gazing at the Duomo and the enchanting cityscape. When the sun set and the lights illuminated the property, the artwork and warm atmosphere created an even deeper sense of calm and elegance. Palazzo Maresgallo is more than a stay – it’s an experience to treasure.

Beautifully presented hotel in the middle of the old centre. Added bonus was the lovely outdoor pool and surrounds. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Very comfortable bed, delicious breakfast.

"Heart of the old town, beautiful hub in the oasis, hidden gem, I would say it’s a hidden gem"

The interior design was exceptional & the private spa was a lovely touch, the staff were very attentitive and hospitable, even going as far as to made my girlfriend a cake for her birthday!

That we could only stay for one day! That we couldn’t take the furniture with us :’)
