The most welcoming staff I’ve ever come across in all my travels. From Miriam, Daria and everyone else they make you feel as if you are a long awaited friend. The location is perfect. The rooms, decor, art, rooftop terrace….all are unmatched. Stay, explore, and enjoy. Bellisima!!

The hotel is immaculately maintained and in the perfect location. The staff is courteous, helpful, friendly and made our stay a memorable one. The owner, Miriam, couldn’t have been any more of gracious host. Our room was the largest with its own private balcony. We were sad we couldn’t use the beautiful spa area as we were out and about all day. Next time we visit we will certainly book this beautiful home away from home.

Miriam is the greatest hostess - in fact, immediately we felt like family. The palazzo is stunningly beautiful and, each room, filled with gorgeous art and furniture, is unique. The staff was lovely, and breakfast was divine. We can't wait to return!!

We had a wonderful stay there for new year's eve! The owner and the whole team are very kind and professional. The common areas and rooms are like an art museum, elegant decoration, furniture, colours with a lot of taste! Breakfast is excellent with a view on a green garden with the pool (perfect for summer mornings). The hotel is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance from all main attractions. We would definitely come again and thank you for the room upgrade!
